Abiomis is assisting a Luxembourg-based ManCo in recruiting a Senior Corporate Officer. You will manage daily legal administration for SPV and AIFM funds, focusing on Private Equity, with a stable small team and flexible working hours.
Profile requires 3-4 years in corporate officer roles, fluent English, and a law degree. The position offers excellent salary up to €75,000 gross per year, meal vouchers, health insurance, a pension plan, and an annual bonus.
