pOur client runs business-critical digital platforms used daily by corporate customers, end users and partner businesses. As Tech Lead of one product team, you will help maintain the reliability and quality of these systems while moving the roadmap forward. You will shape technical decisions, stay hands-on and help the team deliver safely. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liLead one squad’s technical direction, including architecture choices, code quality, technical debt and delivery. /li liWrite, review and refactor code alongside the team. /li liCoach developers and help raise the squad’s technical capability. /li liWork with the Product Owner to turn the roadmap into clear, deliverable work. /li liCollaborate with architecture, DevOps and vendor partners to support safe delivery. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liSolid experience as a senior engineer or technical lead on business-critical platforms. /li liStrong Java experience and experience modernising legacy systems. /li liExperience with CI/CD, automated testing, code review and observability. /li liAbility to explain trade-offs clearly and lead by example. /li liWorking proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Useful, but not essential: French or Dutch. /h3 h3The assignment terms /h3 ul libEngagement: /b Independent contractor or Employee /li libLocation and attendance: /b Brussels. /li /ul h3Why Ariad? /h3 pAriad is a digital consultancy and staffing partner helping leading organisations build the teams and capabilities they need today and for what comes next.
