As a GL Accountant you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and smooth financial operations within an international industrial environment. Your responsibilitiesManage general accounting from A to Z (journal entries, bank transactions, accruals, intercompany accounts)Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closingsPrepare financial statements in accordance with BEGAAPManage VAT returns and support corporate income tax declarationsMonitor and reconcile general ledger accountsManage fixed assets and depreciationSupport internal and external auditsContribute to process improvements and internal controlsYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in general accounting and taxationStrong knowledge of BEGAAP, VAT and corporate income taxExperience with SAP or another ERP system and strong Excel skillsFluent in French with a professional level of English; Dutch is a plusAccurate, analytical, autonomous and reliableWhy join?
