The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Linux administration, infrastructure security, vulnerability management, automation, and cloud technologies, with a proactive approach to ensuring system reliability and security. /p h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. /li liMore than 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Linux Administration, or IT Security. /li liStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration abilities. /li liAbility to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments. /li liSecurity-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Mandatory /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Linux Infrastructure and Security. /li liStrong expertise with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Linux system administration. /li liExperience with system hardening, vulnerability management, and patch management. /li liStrong knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts. /li liExperience with SIEM solutions, log analysis, and security monitoring. /li liGood understanding of network security, firewalls, and secure communication protocols. /li liExperience with shell scripting and automation. /li liKnowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards. /li liExperience investigating and resolving security incidents. /li /ul h3Strongly Preferred /h3 ul liExperience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Elastic, or similar security platforms. /li liExperience with Docker and container security. /li liExperience working with AWS and/or Azure environments. /li liKnowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or Infrastructure-as-Code practices. /li liExperience with endpoint protection and vulnerability assessment tools. /li liKnowledge of Zero Trust and modern security architectures. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFrench language skills. /li liSecurity certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent. /li liExperience with Kubernetes security. /li liExperience in highly regulated or enterprise environments. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage, secure, and optimize Linux-based infrastructure environments. /li liMonitor security events and investigate potential threats and incidents. /li liImplement security controls, hardening standards, and vulnerability remediation plans. /li liMaintain patching and update processes across infrastructure platforms. /li liAutomate operational and security-related tasks. /li liCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve platform resilience. /li liSupport security audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments. /li liContribute to incident response and root cause analysis activities. /li liImprove monitoring, logging, and threat detection capabilities. /li liPromote security best practices across the organization. /li /ul h3Technical Environment /h3 ul liRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) /li liLinux Administration /li liIAM /li liSIEM /li liSplunk / Elastic /li liMicrosoft Defender /li liCrowdStrike /li liVulnerability Management /li liDocker /li liBash / Shell Scripting /li liAnsible / Terraform /li liAWS and/or Azure /li liSecurity Monitoring Incident Response /li liAgile/Scrum /li /ul h3What
