pbMake an Impact on ECS's Digital Workplace /b /ppAre you a senior IAM and Modern Workplace specialist who enjoys combining technical expertise with coordination? Would you like to help drive complex IT environments forward without taking on a people management role? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. /ppAt ECS, you will play a central role between our Systems Infrastructure teams. You will help set priorities, bring people together, and ensure projects, changes, and operational activities move forward efficiently. At the same time, you will remain hands-on and technically involved in Identity Access Management and the Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem. /ph3What do we expect from you? /h3ulliCoordinate activities across multiple Infrastructure teams /liliMonitor priorities, capacity, deadlines, and dependencies /liliRemove blockers and ensure smooth collaboration between teams /liliLead IAM initiatives involving Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access /liliSupport audits, access reviews, and security improvement initiatives /liliAct as the technical point of contact for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and endpoint security /liliContribute to complex incidents, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives /liliAdvise colleagues and share technical expertise across the organization /li /ulh3Profile /h3h3Who are you? /h3ulliSenior IT professional with experience in IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Modern Workplace technologies /liliStrong expertise in MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance /liliExperience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and endpoint security /liliProven experience coordinating technical activities across multiple IT teams /liliStrong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills /liliA natural connector who helps teams and projects move forward /liliHands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset /liliExcellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English /liliBachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience /liliMicrosoft Identity or Security certifications are considered a plus /li /ulpReady to take your career to the next level?
