You’ll work at the crossroads of IT support, network infrastructure, automation, and cloud services. Your role is to make things happen behind the scenes: keep systems running smoothly, support users effectively, manage network components such as access points and firewalls, and continuously improve processes through scripting and automation wherever possible. /ph3bWhat your job looks like /b /h3ulliManage and optimize the Entra ID and Intune. /liliMaintain secure environments through conditional access, MS Defender/DLP, PIM. /liliScript and automate recurring tasks wherever possible to scale the environment efficiently and reduce manual workload. /liliEnsure documentation stays up to date when changes are applied and that completed projects are properly documented. /liliHelp administrate and maintain the configuration management database and create integrations towards other systems. /liliCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (hardware, software, access). /liliManage IT hardware ordering process. /liliManage the granting, removal and maintenance of access rights. /liliAssist employees with the configuration of the applications supported by the company. /liliA master’s degree or equivalent experience. /liliDemonstrated (5+ years) ability in an IT support L2/L3, System Administrator role or similar experience. /liliStrong IT support background. /liliSolid scripting skills, with the ability to automate operational and administrative tasks where possible. /liliExperience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and process optimization. /liliComfortable with both technical and administrative tasks. /liliA flexible, team‑oriented attitude, with the ability to add value across different topics and manage projects from start to finish. /liliManage office network infrastructure, with a strong focus on access points and firewalls such as UniFi and WatchGuard. /liliYou speak and write fluently English and full proficient of French or Dutch /li /ulh3Great to have /h3ulliKnowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, or related frameworks. /liliCertifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, or AI-900. /li /ulh3Tools/Systems You have a strong background in: /h3ullimacOS, Windows. /liliAzure, O365, Microsoft defender for cloud, DLP, Entra ID, Intune. /liliYealink Teams Meeting Rooms. /liliPowerShell, Python, Github, Terraform. /liliJira, Confluence, Assets (CMDB). /liliEndpoint central. /li /ulh3What
