h3SAP Manufacturing Enterprise Asset Management Senior Consultant /h3 h3The role /h3 pAs an SAP Manufacturing Enterprise Asset Management Senior Consultant, you will help clients design and implement SAP solutions supporting their manufacturing, quality and/or plant maintenance operations. /p pYour primary functional specialism will be in one or more of the following areas: /p ul liSAP Production Planning (PP / PP-PI) /li liSAP Quality Management (QM) /li liSAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (PM/EAM) /li liSAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) /li /ul pYou are not expected to be an expert across all of these modules. We are looking for strong functional expertise in at least one core area, combined with an understanding of how your area integrates with the wider SAP landscape. /p pYou will work on S/4HANA greenfield implementations and rollouts, taking ownership of functional design and project deliverables within your module. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDesign and implement SAP solutions in your functional specialism, such as PP/PP-PI, QM, PM/EAM or IBP. /li liAnalyse clients' existing manufacturing, quality or maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liLead or contribute to business-process design and define future ("to-be") processes. /li liTranslate business requirements into SAP functional designs and system requirements. /li liAdvise clients on appropriate solutions based on their operational requirements and SAP best practices. /li liConfigure and/or support the implementation of SAP solutions within your functional area. /li liParticipate throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment and go-live. /li liWork on SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations and/or international rollouts. /li liLead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions and support decision-making. /li liProduce functional specifications, process designs, test documentation, training materials and other project documentation. /li liManage and review the deliverables of team members working within your module, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required quality. /li liWork with consultants from other SAP modules to ensure that processes and integrations work effectively end to end. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 pEssential experience and skills /p ul liAt least b4 years of SAP implementation experience /b, primarily within one or more of the following: ul liSAP PP / PP-PI /li liSAP QM /li liSAP PM / EAM /li liSAP IBP /li /ul /li liStrong functional knowledge in bat least one /b of these modules; expertise across all four is not required. /li liStrong business-process understanding relevant to your SAP specialism, for example: ul libPP / PP-PI: /b production planning and execution in discrete and/or process manufacturing. /li libQM: /b quality planning, inspection and quality-management processes. /li libPM / EAM: /b plant maintenance, asset management and maintenance execution. /li libIBP: /b supply, demand and/or production planning processes. /li /ul /li liExperience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects. /li liExperience with at least one bSAP S/4HANA implementation that reached go-live /b. /li liExperience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions. /li liExperience designing future-state business processes. /li liGood analytical, problem-solving and process-modelling skills. /li liThe ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. /li liExperience working collaboratively as part of an SAP implementation team. /li liWillingness to work in both national and international project environments. /li liProfessional fluency in English. /li liA university degree or equivalent professional experience. /li liThe right to work in Belgium without sponsorship restrictions. /li /ul pExperience that is advantageous /p ul liFunctional knowledge of more than one of PP/PP-PI, QM, PM/EAM or IBP. /li liExperience with related SAP modules or technologies such as: ul liSAP MM (Materials Management) /li liMES / manufacturing execution integrations /li liSAP PS (Project System) /li liSAP CS (Customer Service) /li /ul /li liExperience integrating manufacturing or maintenance processes with other SAP modules. /li liExperience with multiple S/4HANA implementations or rollouts. /li liExperience in both greenfield implementation and rollout projects. /li liExperience coordinating junior consultants or reviewing the work of other functional team members. /li liExperience in international or multi-country SAP programmes. /li liDutch and/or French language skills. /li /ul h3What success looks like at Senior Consultant level /h3 ul libOwn your functional area: /b Take responsibility for the design and delivery of a module or defined functional scope. /li libAdvise the cli
