ppOur client is a leading professional services company supporting organizations in their digital and business transformation journeys. To further strengthen its Artificial Intelligence capabilities and support growing client demand, our client is looking for an AI Director to lead its AI strategy, advisory services, and transformation initiatives. /ppAs AI Director, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the AI vision both internally and across client engagements. Acting as the bridge between technology and business, you will help executive stakeholders understand how Artificial Intelligence can create competitive advantages, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new growth opportunities. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical credibility. You will engage with C-level executives to define AI roadmaps and transformation programs, while maintaining the ability to challenge architects, data scientists, and engineering teams on technical implementation choices. /ph3AI Strategy Executive Advisory /h3ulliDefine and drive AI strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and transformation agendas. /liliAdvise C-level stakeholders on AI opportunities, investment priorities, governance frameworks, and organizational change. /liliIdentify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business initiatives. /liliSupport executive decision-making by assessing the value, risks, and scalability of AI initiatives. /liliEstablish strategic AI roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact. /li /ulh3Business Transformation Client Engagement /h3ulliLead executive discussions around AI-driven transformation and innovation. /liliPartner with clients to identify use cases that improve productivity, customer experience, operational excellence, and revenue generation. /liliAct as a trusted advisor for senior leadership teams throughout their AI journey. /liliSupport business development efforts, proposal creation, and executive presentations. /liliRepresent our client in strategic meetings, conferences, and industry events. /li /ulh3Technology Innovation Leadership /h3ulliProvide leadership on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Data Platforms, and emerging technologies. /liliChallenge and guide technical teams on architecture, scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices. /liliEnsure that technology choices support long-term business objectives. /liliDrive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Leadership Stakeholder Management /h3ulliBuild strong relationships across business and technology functions. /liliLead multidisciplinary teams composed of consultants, AI specialists, data professionals, and technology leaders. /liliFacilitate collaboration between technical experts and business decision-makers. /liliMentor and develop future leaders within the AI practice. /li /ul /p
