ppbSenior Penetration Tester/Red Team Operator /b /p h3What will you do /h3 ul liconduct technical exercises including projects initiation, technical security testing and analysis, reporting, and result presentations for our clients on topics such as: /li ul liWeb Application /li liMobile Application /li liDesktop Application /li liIT Infrastructure /li liRed‑Teaming /li /ul limaintain a broad-based technical knowledge in key information security areas. /li liperform technical research: ul libecome an expert in one or several topics of your interest (Active Directory, Containers, Web Browsers, OT, IoT, …) /li lidiscover new (previously undiscovered) vulnerabilities (0days), perform responsible disclosure, publish your research /li lidevelop novel attack techniques useful in Red‑Team engagements /li /ul /li liParticipate to client needs capture and translation into commercial proposals. /li liManage and guide junior colleagues in their projects. /li liTranslate complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively. /li /ul h3What we are looking for in candidates /h3 ul liA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent experience. /li liCertifications such as OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, OSED, OSWE, … are highly desirable. /li li4–5 years of experience in penetration testing/offensive security. /li liNative proficiency in bFrench or Dutch /b, with excellent verbal and written knowledge of bEnglish. /b /li liStrong personal initiative and a commitment to expanding your technical knowledge. /li liFlexibility and willingness to travel for limited periods if required. /li liStrong teamwork abilities. /li liCreative thinking skills in complex situations (e.g., attempting to bypass security controls). /li liEffective communication skills with clients. /li liExcellent proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc. /li liAdvanced experience with common penetration testing frameworks and tools. /li liPossession of a valid driving license (category B) is required. /li liEligibility and preparedness to obtain NATO clearance. /li /ul h3What
