Data Scientist – Computer Vision

pYou join the Manufacturing Science Technology team of an international biopharmaceutical company. Your mission is to make process data usable, visible and predictive across a portfolio of vaccine production processes. You work end to end: you structure the data, build analytics and AI tools, and deliver the dashboards process teams use every day. /pulliTurn complex manufacturing and laboratory data into structured, reliable datasets /liliDesign data models and pipelines that connect multiple data sources /liliDevelop analytics and machine learning solutions for process monitoring and optimisation /liliApply computer vision techniques to biological image data /liliBuild predictive models that help process teams anticipate and take decisions /liliAutomate data preparation to speed up analysis /liliCreate clear dashboards and visualisations for scientific and operational teams /liliWork closely with process experts, lab teams and IT to bring solutions into daily use /liliDocument your work in line with quality and data integrity standards /li /ululliMaster’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field /lili5+ years of experience in image analysis or computer vision /liliStrong Python and SQL skills /liliExperience in data modelling and data pipelines /liliExperience with time-series analysis and feature engineering /liliExperience in computer vision and deep learning (OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow) /liliHands-on experience with a visualisation tool such as Power BI, Spotfire or Tableau /liliKnowledge of bioprocessing or cell culture is a strong asset /liliFamiliarity with GMP and data integrity is a plus /liliFluent in English and French /li /ul
