You’ll help shape our modern workplace strategy, lead technical initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders across our international organization. /ppbKey

Responsibilities:
/b /ppDefine and manage endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android using Microsoft Intune. /ppOwn device configuration, enrollment, security, compliance, updates and application deployment processes. /ppDrive automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. /ppMonitor device health and user experience, ensuring secure and reliable IT services. /ppLead modern workplace projects, including integrating newly acquired companies. /ppManage hardware lifecycles, supplier relationships and Microsoft licensing. /ppAct as the technical lead for complex endpoint issues and mentor workplace engineers. /ppbJob complexity and challenges /b /ppWork in a multicultural, international environment with diverse stakeholders and local requirements. /ppBalance strategic projects with third-line technical support. /ppSupport a large-scale IT environment with 350+ servers, two global data centers and 35 remote locations. /ppTravel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time. /ppbAccountability and scope factors /b /ppShape endpoint management strategy and technology decisions supporting security, stability and business growth. /ppEnsure the availability and quality of endpoint management solutions. /ppAct as the technical design authority within Group IT and mentor mid-level workplaceengineers. /ppHelp define and deliver the IT roadmap in line with business priorities and budget. /ph3Qualifications /h3pbYour Profile: /b /ppBachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience. /ppAt least 5 years of relevant experience. /ppStrong bMicrosoft Intune and endpoint management expertise /bacross multiple platforms, including shared, kiosk and frontline devices. /ppGood knowledge of bMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, application deployment and endpoint security. /b /ppExperience with bPowerShell, Microsoft Graph API /b, project delivery and mentoring engineers. /ppSecurity-minded, proactive and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. /ppFluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus. /ppbAdded Advantage: /b Microsoft certifications, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Autopatch or Endpoint analytics experience. /ph3Additional Information /h3pbWhat do
