pAs bGroup Total Rewards Expert /b, you play a key role in strengthening and further professionalising our Total Rewards framework across all countries and entities. Leveraging your expertise in compensation benefits, job grading benchmarking, international payroll and reward analytics, you help shape reward policies and solutions that support the Group’s growth ambitions. /p h3About the job /h3 ul liDrive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Group reward policies, programs and governance frameworks. /li liPerform compensation benchmarking, reward analyses and cost simulations to support market competitiveness, internal equity and data-driven decision-making. /li liCoordinate annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes. /li liOwn and maintain the Group’s job architecture, grading framework and salary structures, ensuring consistency, transparency and alignment across functions and countries. /li liLead reward-related workstreams for new country set-ups, oversee international payroll processes for several sales offices, serving as a key contact for employees, HR, external providers and local stakeholders. /li liLead reward projects and analytics by developing reporting, analysing market trends and driving continuous improvements in reward processes, tools and data quality. /li /ul h3About you /h3 pTo be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have: /p ul liA Master’s degree, preferably in Business Engineering or Economics. /li li5-8 years of experience within Compensation Benefits in an international environment or consulting context. /li liProven experience with job grading methodologies, salary benchmarking, international payroll and reward implementations. /li liKnowledge of a job grading methodology (e.g. KornFerry
