SAP S/4HANA Service

pWe are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Advanced Execution Consultant to join a strategic SAP transformation project based in Ghent, Belgium. /ppThe successful candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, particularly Service Advanced Execution (SAE), and will take on a combination of Solution Architect and Lead Consultant responsibilities. /ppThis is a hands‑on role requiring someone who can define the overall service solution architecture, translate business requirements into functional processes, and actively support the implementation and delivery of the project. /ppYou will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring that SAP S/4HANA Service processes are designed, implemented and successfully integrated across the organisation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and develop the solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Service. /liliLead the functional and process design of SAP Service solutions, including Service Advanced Execution (SAE). /liliProvide architectural guidance throughout the implementation and transformation programme. /liliTake a hands‑on approach to configuration, implementation and project delivery. /liliEnsure effective integration between SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM). /liliTranslate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs. /liliWork closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and project management throughout the project lifecycle. /liliSupport workshops, requirements gathering, solution design and implementation activities. /liliEnsure the successful deployment and integration of end‑to‑end SAP Service processes. /li /ulh3Essential Skills Experience /h3ulliProven experience working with SAP S/4HANA Service /liliStrong, demonstrable expertise in Service Advanced Execution (SAE) /liliExperience operating as a SAP Solution Architect, Lead Consultant or equivalent senior‑level specialist. /liliStrong understanding of service processes and their functional architecture. /liliHands‑on experience supporting SAP implementations and project delivery. /liliExperience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) and its integration with service processes. /liliAbility to bridge the gap between business requirements and SAP solution design. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExperience delivering complex SAP transformation projects within enterprise environments. /li /ulh3Desirable Experience /h3ulliPrevious experience within the utilities sector, ideally within a water company. /liliDutch‑speaking candidate (strong preference). /liliExperience working on large‑scale, end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes. /liliExperience working across complex business and IT environments. /li /ul
