I'm working with an established, international business in Brussels looking for a driven Financial Controller to play a key role in financial performance, strategic decision-making and business growth.
This is more than a reporting position. You'll work closely with management, turn financial data into meaningful business insights and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

What will you be doing?
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Analyse financial performance, costs and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, identify risks and recommend improvements
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Partner with operational teams to improve business performance
- Provide management with clear, actionable financial insights
Who am I looking for?
- Experience in financial or business controlling
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
- Confidence communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive approach with the ambition to develop further
- Strong Excel skills; ERP and BI experience are an advantage
