- 31/12/2027 /h3h3Job Description: /h3h3Context, Description Mission Details /h3h3Description /h3pAs part of the Matching 3D project, Forem is seeking a consultant for a period extending from the start date to December 31, 2027, to continue the development of the M3D matching engine (job seeker profile, job offer, training offer) and to expose it in the Single Citizen File (bCRM Dynamics /b), with a view to the opening of services planned for December 2026 and then the gradual replacement of current matching tools (BiMatch, C1C, ELISE). /ppThe desired profile demonstrates recent experience as a bData Scientist /b, with expertise in end-to-end bAI /b application development, particularly experience in frontend development and results reporting, on a bMicrosoft /b technology platform (bAzure /b, bAzure AI Search /b, bMicrosoft Fabric /b). /ph3The mission will notably consist of: /h3ullidesign and develop the presentation interfaces of the results of the M3D engine — business positioning, robustness of the profile, job and training proposals, recommended paths for their integration into the Single File and consumption spaces (personal, agent, company, partner). /liliThe consultant will also ensure the formatting of the explainability of the matching: clear and concise display of the matching criteria, the gaps in skills and the prioritization of proposals, as well as the creation of monitoring and management dashboards (data quality, test results, usage and performance indicators of the engine). /liliParticular attention will be paid to co-design with users and technical and business stakeholders of Forem (agents, advisors, Single File teams): workshops, demonstrations, collection of feedback during testing phases, accessibility and multilingualism of interfaces, in order to guarantee the alignment of solutions with operational needs. /liliHe/she will also contribute to the development of the engine itself (matching and reranking logic, bAPI /b contracts, containerized applications, validation of delivered versions) in close collaboration with the bAzure /b/bFabric /b expert. /liliThis mission will finally be part of an evolving maintenance, documentation and support approach for the solutions deployed until the end of 2027, according to terms defined jointly with the project managers. /li /ulh3Skills: /h3h3Front End dev. and Integration /h3h3Microsoft Azure AI /h3h3Microsoft Azure AI Search /h3h3Microsoft Fabric /h3h3Python /h3h3R /h3h3Locations Remote Options /h3ullibMain address /b: Boulevard Tirou, 104
