ph3What does the role involve? /h3pAs Regional Manager Brazil, you will act as the link between our Belgian organisation and our branches in Brazil. You will manage the day-to-day operations of one branch, support its further development and foster collaboration between the various companies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will manage the day-to-day operations and further development of one of our Brazilian branches /liliYou will optimise processes and coordinate production, quality, logistics and administration. /liliYou will lead the local team and monitor budgets, KPIs and results. /liliYou act as the link between the Brazilian branches and the Belgian organisation. /liliYou foster collaboration and implement group-wide strategies and procedures. /liliYou oversee strategic projects and support growth and investment initiatives. /liliYou contribute to the long-term strategy for Brazil. /liliYou build lasting relationships with customers, partners and government bodies. /li /ulh3Profiel /h3ulliYou hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience. /liliYou have at least five years’ management experience in an international environment. /liliExperience in setting up or further developing an organisation is a significant asset. /liliYou combine strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach and strategic insight. /liliYou are an inspiring leader who knows how to bring people together and take responsibility /liliYou work independently and take the initiative /liliYou communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage. /li /ulh3Aanbod /h3ulliA challenging international role with a high level of responsibility. /liliThe opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of Vetpharm Global in Brazil /liliA competitive remuneration package in line with
