Salary:
€4,000/€5,000 per month (gross depending on experience) / + benefits Overview: We are looking for a Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience who is not only technically strong but also enjoys mentoring and guiding junior team members. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure and Databricks Implement and manage data architectures following the Bronze, Silver, Gold medallion framework Support and coach junior data engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally Collaborate with internal teams while minimizing client-side work Contribute to continuous improvement of data platforms and best practices
Requirements:
~3+ years of experience in data engineering ~ Strong experience with Azure and Databricks ~ Solid understanding of medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)~ Fluent in English and Dutch ~ Strong interpersonal skills and mentoring mindset
