The Digital Team plays a key role in this journey by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, standardize ways of working, and unlock the potential of emerging technologies across the business.
To support this journey, they are seeking a Digital & Process Expert (AI) to play a key role in shaping and delivering their digital transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing existing business processes across accounting offices and identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Defining future-state processes and selecting the most appropriate technologies to support them.
- Driving the adoption of digital tools such as accounting, reporting, workflow, and collaboration platforms.
- Identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual work, and improve service quality.
- Monitoring emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, automation, and digital innovation, and translating these into concrete business opportunities.
- Designing and coordinating change management and implementation strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to management and business stakeholders regarding digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborating closely with key users and local offices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection, process reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Building and facilitating internal communities to share best practices, success stories, and knowledge related to digital tools and AI applications.
- Serving as the link between operational teams, leadership, and technology partners to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.
This position combines business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, AI enablement, and change management in a highly visible role.
