- approximately 60-80% of the time /p ul liTake ownership of the waste topic and improve the reliability of existing data. /li liAnalyse and reconcile datasets, primarily using Excel, to identify inconsistencies,gaps and opportunities for improvement. /li liInterview key stakeholders and data owners to understand data sources, processesand challenges. /li liRecommend practical improvements to data collection, data quality and reporting. /li liIdentify initiatives that could reduce waste volumes and improve treatmentmethods. /li liPrepare polished PowerPoint presentations, including clear charts and concise data analysis, for senior management and ExCo audiences. This consultant is not expected to provide technical expertise or lead a tool transformation. The focus is on strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and challenge the data, and working with key stakeholders to develop action plans to reduce waste and improve treatment methods. /li /ul p2. - approximately 20-40% of the time /p h3Profiel /h3 pWe are primarily looking for an experienced consultant with strong analytical skills and a quick learning curve; prior ESG experience is not essential. /p pThe ideal candidate: /p ul liHas a consulting background, ideally with a Big Four firm or equivalent, or haspreviously worked in a comparable consulting environment. /li liHas excellent analytical skills and is highly proficient in Excel. /li liUnderstands new topics quickly, adapts easily and becomes autonomous rapidly. /li liDelivers rigorous, reliable work right first time. /li liCan synthesise complex information and create compelling presentations for senioraudiences. /li liIs comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and coordinating projects. /li liHas a predominantly "Blue and Red" profile: analytical, structured, rigorous andresults-oriented. /li liFluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset but not a requirement. /li /ul h3Aanbod /h3 pInteresting assignment until minimum end of March 2027. /p
