Babcock International seeks a Service Transition Manager in Belgium to lead mobilisation and transition of a high-profile defence training programme at SIMCEN Leopoldsburg. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, supervise testing, and drive readiness for operational delivery, with travel to other sites as required.
The role requires governance experience, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification, and Dutch plus CEFR B2 French/English. This is a fixed-term, full-time contract for two years.
