- Employment through own company possibleWe are looking for an experienced leader who is interested in helping this SaaS company to become future proof and manage a team of roughly 12 engineers.
The company has around 50FTE and in many ways they are ready to make the next step in growing the company. The company is building software that is being used by large product companies throughout multiple domains in the Benelux.
Some of the challenges are:Moving from custom made development for big customers to a more scalable way of developmentImplementing best practices and the right processesGrowing and empowering the tech teamLeading the migration towards a more modern platformProbably setting up a nearshore constructionWe are looking for:Background in technologyExperience leading technical teams within a SaaS/Product based companyExperience with scaling teams and softwareSomeone who is structuredFluent in French and English is mandatoryEmployment through own company possible
