We have a state-of-the-art production system, in which our fully automated production process is realized in-house. /p pThe IT team in Marke has about twenty colleagues and consists of 2 sub-teams: Infrastructure and Business Applications. Together with the IT suppliers, we provide service to the entire Vandewiele Group. /p h3bYour function /b /h3 pDo you want to take ownership of a bbusiness-critical /b WMS application in a bhigh-tech manufacturing /b environment? As bApplication Owner WMS /b, you are the driving force behind the operation, further development and roadmap of our Infios WMS solution. You safeguard system stability, translate business needs into sustainable solutions, and ensure that fully automated warehouses, autonomous vehicles and production processes work together bas one /b reliable and efficient ecosystem. /p pbYour responsabilities: /b /p pYou take functional and application ownership of the WMS domain. You help define the direction of the solution, safeguard end-to-end quality, and ensure that Infios WMS is optimally aligned with our warehouse, logistics and production processes. /p ul liTake ownership of the Infios WMS application, including its bfunctional operation /b, configuration, stability, roadmap and continuous improvement. /li liAnalyse business needs and translate them into future-proof WMS solutions that fit within our logistics, production and IT architecture. /li libSafeguard the integration /b between fully automated warehouses, autonomous vehicles, MES, ERP and production processes. /li liSet priorities, prepare changes and coordinate implementations bin close collaboration /b with key users, operations, production, suppliers and internal IT teams. /li liDrive test scenarios, validations and acceptance criteria to ensure that new or modified functionality can be reliably deployed into production. /li liFollow up on incidents, structural issues and areas for improvement through to their root cause, with a strong focus on business continuity and sustainable solutions. /li liAct as the subject-matter counterpart for the WMS vendor and bsafeguard the quality /b of analyses, solutions, documentation and deliverables. /li liBuild knowledge, process documentation and governance around the WMS domain to ensure the solution remains manageable, scalable and transferable. /li liAfter an onboarding period, also contribute to implementations, optimisations and brollout projects at other sites /b within the group. /li /ul pYou report directly to the IT Manager Business Applications.br/ /p h3bYour profile /b /h3 ul liYou have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience. Experience with IT systems in logistics or production environments is a necessity /li liYou have a keen interest in production processes and a passion for connecting this with IT solutions. /li liYou possess a sharp analytical mind, capable of tackling and solving complex problems. /li liYou can spot and capitalize on opportunities in digital transformation projects. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll need to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external partners. /li liExperience in change management is highly desirable. /li liBesides Dutch, you can express yourself in English.
