DevOps Developer

pWe are looking for a Senior DevOps Developer to help design, build, improve, and operate the tooling and automation that supports our software development and delivery lifecycle. /ppIn this role, you will work closely with DevOps, Architecture, Development, Security, Managed Services, and Services teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployment workflows, infrastructure automation, observability, security automation, operational feedback loops, and developer experience. /ppYou will be expected to take ownership of technical topics, guide less experienced engineers, and contribute to the evolution of our DevOps and platform engineering practices. /ph3Location: /h3h3What You'll Do: /h3h3CI/CD, Build Release Automation /h3ulliDesign, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, and related technologies. /liliImprove build reliability, pipeline performance, test automation integration, and release automation. /liliSupport development teams in improving their software delivery workflows. /liliTroubleshoot complex build, deployment, and environment issues. /liliContribute to standardization and reuse of pipeline patterns across teams. /liliImprove deployment repeatability, traceability, and auditability. /liliSupport and improve Kubernetes-based deployment and runtime environments. /liliWork with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. /liliDevelop and maintain automation for infrastructure, environments, and deployment workflows. /liliContribute to infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code practices. /liliSupport the adoption of GitOps and declarative deployment models. /liliHelp improve scalability, resilience, and maintainability of cloud-native systems. /liliCollaborate with Managed Services and Services teams to ensure platform capabilities are operable and supportable. /li /ulh3DevSecOps Compliance Automation /h3ulliIntegrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. /liliSupport vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, container image scanning, secrets management, and policy enforcement. /liliCollaborate with Security and Architecture teams to improve secure software delivery. /liliHelp ensure pipelines and automation support auditability, traceability, and compliance requirements. /liliPromote secure-by-design practices within DevOps and development teams. /li /ulh3Observability, Reliability Operational Feedback /h3ulliImprove observability through metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting. /liliSupport incident analysis, root-cause investigation, and operational improvements. /liliWork with Managed Services and Services teams to translate operational feedback into better automation, monitoring, deployment practices, and documentation. /liliIdentify recurring operational issues and automate solutions where possible. /liliContribute to performance, reliability, and scalability improvements. /li /ulh3AI-Enabled Engineering Workflows /h3ulliUse AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve DevOps productivity, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and pipeline analysis. /liliIdentify practical use cases for AI in CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, incident analysis, and developer workflows. /liliValidate AI-generated code, scripts, configurations, and recommendations through proper engineering review and testing. /liliHelp define safe usage patterns and guardrails for AI-assisted DevOps work. /liliCollaborate with development teams to integrate AI-assisted tools into the software delivery lifecycle. /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3ulli4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or software delivery automation. /liliStrong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation. /liliExperience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, Git, and related development tooling. /liliExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment patterns. /liliGood understanding of infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and automation. /liliKnowledge of GitOps concepts and tools such as ArgoCD, Flux, or similar. /liliUnderstanding of DevSecOps principles and security automation in CI/CD pipelines. /liliExperience with observability tools and practices, including logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerting. /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical topics. /liliGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams. /liliUnderstanding of AI tools and their application in DevOps, software development, and operational workflows. /liliRelevant certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM. /liliExperience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid cloud environments. /liliExperience with Helm, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tooling. /liliExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or comparable observability platforms.
