You will bring together NVISO specialists in security operations, automation, Detection Engineering, Cybersecurity Architecture and incident response to turn customer ambitions into delivered security solutions. /p pYou will manage implementation, integration and improvement projects from kick-off through acceptance and handover to the teams responsible for ongoing operations. You will keep scope, timelines and dependencies aligned, and make sure customers and colleagues know what has been agreed, what comes next and where a decision is needed. /p pYou will work closely with Business Development, senior management and technical experts, organizing their contributions and following commitments through. Your cybersecurity knowledge will help you ask informed questions and connect technical dependencies to delivery decisions. Experts retain technical ownership; you bring the people, plans and decisions together to deliver the project. /p pbTypical responsibilities include: /b /p ul lipManaging implementation projects from kick-off to acceptance, with clear scope, milestones, dependencies and responsibilities across NVISO teams and customer stakeholders; /p /li /ul ul lipSecuring commitments from capability leads and organizing timely support and decisions from Business Development, senior management and technical experts; /p /li /ul ul lipLeading customer meetings and delivery reporting, aligning expectations and communicating progress, risks and next steps in language suited to each audience; /p /li /ul ul lipManaging risks, issues and scope changes, agreeing achievable plans and escalating decisions with clear options and their impact on delivery; /p /li /ul ul lipTracking effort, budget consumption and forecast-to-complete, and reporting deviations and proposed actions to the senior manager, who retains PL ownership; /p /li /ul ul lipCoordinating expert validation, customer acceptance and operational handover, then closing the project with follow-up actions assigned and lessons captured. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipbYou hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states; /b /p /li /ul ul lipBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience; /p /li /ul ul lipExperience managing multi-team cybersecurity or IT implementation projects, covering planning, dependencies, risks, scope changes and delivery reporting; /p /li /ul ul lipSound understanding of security operations, detection and response, automation and cybersecurity architecture, sufficient to discuss dependencies with experts and explain their delivery implications; /p /li /ul ul lipExperience tracking effort, budgets and forecasts, and coordinating contributors and decisions across several teams without direct line-management authority; /p /li /ul ul lipExperience in consulting or customer-facing delivery is an advantage; a project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is welcome; /p /li /ul ul lipExcellent English plus professional working proficiency in French or Dutch. /p /li /ul pbSoft Skills /b /p ul lipStrong communicator who listens carefully, explains technical delivery topics to different audiences and leads focused meetings that end with clear decisions and actions; /p /li /ul ul lipAble to build trust with customers and colleagues, agree expectations and raise delivery risks constructively; /p /li /ul ul lipProactive and organized, securing support from the right people and following commitments through to completion; /p /li /ul ul lipCalm and practical when priorities change, balancing customer needs with delivery capacity and agreed scope. /p /li /ul h3What
