Location: Zedelgem, Belgium (5 days onsite)
Duration: six months (optional prolongation)
Contract: B2B
Summary: The Ag Machinery Regulatory Compliance /& Homologation Engineer role focuses on ensuring that agricultural machinery complies with regulatory standards and certifications, facilitating product approval processes, and providing expert guidance to design engineers.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage product certification and homologation activities with external notified bodies and national authorities, including information gathering, dossier management, and testing organization.
* Provide regulatory expertise to Design Engineers for compliant machinery development.
* Prepare and maintain required technical documentation while supporting compliance understanding for design and test engineers.
* Communicate regulatory requirements and interpretations of technical legislation.
* Conduct compliance reviews of machinery and provide safety standards interpretations. Must Haves:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Problem-solving skills
* Technical experience with a collaborative team attitude
* Excellent organizational skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in Dutch
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
