Junior/Medior Recruiter – The Job:Your responsibilities will include:Search for candidates through job boards, social media, databasesBuild a consistent and updated talent pool of qualified candidateProactively engage with passive candidates (candidate outreach)Handle the resume screening, the interview process from the initial contact to the job offerWork along with Business Managers to ensure accurate candidate matchingCreate content to boost the company’s online presence, manage campaigns and employer brandingJunior/Medior Recruiter – About You:You have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeYou have at least 2 years of experience as an agency or as an in-house recruiterYou are fluent in Dutch and you have a conversational level in both English and FrenchPrior experience in the IT industry and with social media are appreciated but not a mustJunior/Medior Recruiter – The Offer: xdkqlui The company offers a competitive salary package including:A gross salary up to 3500€, based on your experienceA company car + a charging passMeal vouchers and écochèquesHospitalisation, group insuranceMonthly net expenses (150€/month)An attractive commission system In this role, no day looks like the previous one.
