h3Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow /h3h3Job Summary /h3pWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with ServiceNow expertise to identify, design, and recommend technology solutions that address client business requirements. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand their IT challenges, define suitable technical solutions, and develop proposals and delivery plans. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEngage with clients to understand business needs, IT challenges, and technical requirements. /liliIdentify and recommend suitable ServiceNow-based technology solutions. /liliAnalyze client requirements and translate them into technical solution designs. /liliDevelop technical proposals, solution approaches, and project delivery plans. /liliAdvise clients on ServiceNow capabilities, platform solutions, and technology best practices. /liliWork with development, architecture, and implementation teams to define solution requirements. /liliEvaluate existing IT environments and identify opportunities for technology improvements. /liliRecommend appropriate tools, platforms, and technical approaches to meet client objectives. /liliConduct client meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations. /liliSupport consulting engagements and ensure proposed solutions align with business and technical expectations. /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulli10+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology consulting. /liliStrong ServiceNow platform knowledge and consulting experience. /liliExperience identifying and developing technology solutions based on client requirements. /liliStrong understanding of IT solution design and technical consulting practices. /liliExperience preparing technical proposals and delivery plans. /liliExcellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. /liliExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. /li /ul
