Terumo Europe NV is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance and administration for 20 legal entities across the EMEA region. You will coordinate statutory records, board resolutions, and regulatory filings while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
Based in Belgium with regular on-site work at Leuven, you will contribute to a robust legal framework supporting Terumo's growth and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
