ph3What You’ll Do: /h3 pAll the responsibilities we’ll trust you with /p h3Data AI Governance Consulting /h3 ul liLead Data Governance and AI Governance projects from assessments to full-scale implementation. /li liDefine and deploy governance operating models covering Data, Analytics, AI and Generative AI initiatives. /li liSupport clients in establishing governance frameworks for Data Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management and AI lifecycle management. /li /ul h3Governance Strategy Roadmaps /h3 ul liConduct Data and AI Governance maturity assessments. /li liDefine target operating models, governance organizations, policies, standards and controls. /li liBuild implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. /li liEstablish stewardship models, governance councils, and accountability frameworks. /li /ul h3Client Engagement Workshops /h3 ul liFacilitate executive workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify governance needs and opportunities. /li liTranslate business, regulatory and technical requirements into actionable governance solutions. /li liDrive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams. /li liImplement and configure Data Governance, Data Catalog and AI Governance platforms. /li liSupport metadata management, data lineage, data quality monitoring and policy enforcement initiatives. /li liContribute to the governance of AI assets, models, datasets and AI use cases. /li /ul h3Business Development Leadership /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor for Data AI Governance topics. /li liIdentify opportunities to expand Data, AI and Governance engagements with existing and new clients. /li liCoach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to Orange Business thought leadership. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 pWhat matters most for this role /p ul libStrong interest in Data, AI, Generative AI and digital transformation. /b /li liPassion for helping organizations develop trustworthy and responsible Data AI capabilities. /li libProactive /b mindset and boutside the box thinking /b to tackle challenges. /li libStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills /b. /li libExcellent communication, /b facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liAbility to explain technical and regulatory concepts to business stakeholders and executives. /li libStrong collaboration skills /b and willingness bto coach junior /b consultants. /li libCommercial awareness /b and ability to identify business opportunities. /li liKnowledge of one or more bproject methodologies /b such as Scrum. /li liProfessional proficiency in bFrench and/or Dutch and English. /b /li /ul h3Your technical expertise: /h3 ul libA master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT /b, a related technical field. /li lib4+ years of experience /b in Data Governance, Data Management, AI Governance or related consulting roles. /li liA proven ability to bdesign and execute Data Governance projects /b of varying complexity. /li libExperience in Metadata projects /b using for example, Collibra, Purview/Azure Data Catalog, Alation, Talend and Informatica. /li liKnowledge of bBusiness Intelligence, Self-Service Analytics and modern Data Platforms. /b /li liUnderstanding bof Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage and Master Data Management /b concepts. /li liExtensive knowledge of the bDMBOK /b /li liKnowledge bof AI Governance, AI risk management, model monitoring and AI compliance frameworks /b. /li liKnowledge of one or more bproject methodologies /b, such as Scrum /li /ul h3It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be: /h3 ul liDAMA CDMP certification. /li liCollibra Ranger, Expert or Professional certification. /li liMicrosoft Purview certification. /li liAI Governance, Responsible AI or AI Risk Management certifications. /li liExperience with GenAI governance, prompt governance, AI use case inventories and model registries. /li liExperience in regulated sectors (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector). /li /ul h3Why you should join us: /h3 pSome of the rewards of working at Orange Business /p ul libA /b bcommunity of experts /b
