Responsibilities:
/h3 ul libWorkday HCM Configuration Support /b ul liConfigure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM Core module. /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. /li liSupport day-to-day operations and resolve system issues. /li /ul /li libIntegrations Technical Expertise /b ul liManage and monitor inbound/outbound integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, vendors). /li liTroubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency using Workday Studio and Core Connectors (including PECI). /li /ul /li /ul h3Profile /

Requirements:
/h3 ul libExperience /b ul liProven experience as a Workday Consultant or Analyst. /li liStrong hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core, Recruitment Talent, Workday Studio, and PECI integrations. /li liExperience with complex Workday integration landscapes. /li /ul /li libFunctional Knowledge /b ul liGood understanding of HR processes (hire, job changes, compensation, payroll). /li liAbility to translate business needs into system configurations. /li /ul /li libSoft Skills /b ul liAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong communication skills (ability to interact with HR and IT stakeholders). /li liStructured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven. /li liStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and IT teams. /li /ul /li libNice to Have /b ul liWorkday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Studio). /li liExperience with complex payroll environments. /li liKnowledge of reporting (Workday reports, Prism Analytics is a plus). /li /ul /li /ul pAs a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will engage in dynamic projects that offer diverse challenges across various client environments.
