Daikin Europe NV is seeking a Belgian employment law expert to join the DENV HR Service Center. You will advise HR colleagues and managers on Belgian employment law and ensure compliant handling of contracts, working time, remuneration, and related HR processes.
In this role you will drive compliance with GDPR, information security, and corporate governance while partnering with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal to deliver efficient and business-oriented HR services across Belgium.
