Ageas is seeking a Sustainability Director to lead the Social dimension of ESG at Group level. You will shape the long-term ESG products vision, driving strategic transformation across Europe and Asia with executive governance and external representation.
The role requires a Master’s in sustainability, 15+ years of experience, and the ability to engage Board and Executive Committee stakeholders while managing complex cross-border initiatives.
