Oper Credits BV, a European fintech, seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to join the AI Squad in Antwerp. You will scope and build AI prototypes for mortgage origination, work with real banks to pressure-test workflows, and translate prototypes into Herman features in a hybrid, client-facing setup.
You should have 4–6 years in software with hands-on AI/LLM work, strong Python skills, and the ability to own end-to-end delivery while collaborating with a multinational team.
