You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for incidents and change requests, working closely with process leads, key users and an offshore development team. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liHandle incidents, problems and changes end to end, including unit, integration and regression testing /li liAnalyse issues, design solutions and write functional/technical specifications /li liManage integrations with legacy and SAP systems via SAP PI/CPI, BDocs and IDocs /li liWork with business users to ensure solutions fit and are adopted /li liBring in best practices and take part in small and larger projects /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liHands-on SAP CRM experience in the last 3 years /li li3+ years in application maintenance /li liStrong experience with SAP Customer Service processes (incl. contact centers) and the Business Partner concept /li liMiddleware/integration skills (SAP PI and CPI, SAP MSL) /li liABAP understanding, debugging and minor coding /li liFluent English (C1), Dutch and French (B2, spoken and written) /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 pSAP BRF+, SAP BRIM, integration with SAP CDC, ECC and FICA, S/4HANA, ServiceNow and Jira. /p
