The team currently consists of 6 experienced lawyers and one support staff located in the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands. /li liOverseeing the provision of high-quality legal advice and support to commercial and operational business units across the BENLUKIE Cluster, with a particular focus on transportation, logistics, commercial, and contract law. /li liActing as the primary legal business partner for the BENLUKIE Cluster, serving as the key point of contact for legal matters involving stakeholders at country, cluster, regional, and global levels, as well as customers and external stakeholders. /li liLeading the review, drafting, negotiation, and management of customer, supplier, and other commercial agreements in support of business growth and operational objectives. /li liProviding strategic legal guidance on disputes, claims, litigation, and other contentious matters, ensuring appropriate risk assessment and resolution strategies. /li liManaging the engagement, coordination, and supervision of external legal counsel where required, in close collaboration with business leadership. /li liRepresenting the legal function in interactions with governmental, regulatory, and industry authorities across the BENLUKIE Cluster. /li liDriving compliance with DSV's policies, governance frameworks, and risk management standards, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. /li liAssuming overall responsibility for legal reporting and governance matters relating to the BENLUKIE Cluster within the DSV Group. /li liPromoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the legal team, supporting the professional development and succession planning of team members. /li liContributing to regional and global legal initiatives, projects, and transformation programs, ensuring alignment between the legal function and broader business objectives. /li /ul h3We are DSV, we grow /h3 pDSV is the world’s largest transport and logistics company, with more than 150,000 colleagues in over 90 countries.
