As a senior architecture lead at Satellit, you will drive the simplification and evolution of a large wealth-management platform. Your remit includes enforcing coherent architectural direction, stewarding technical governance across multiple engineering teams, and improving the platform’s maintainability, scalability and operational independence.

Preferred Qualifications:
- More than ten years of hands-on software development experience using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
- Three to five years of demonstrated experience serving as a solution architect.
- Proven track record of evaluating, simplifying and modernizing complex, existing architectures.
- Experience collaborating with multiple development teams or squads to deliver cross-cutting architectural changes.
What will you do?
- Maintain a unified architectural vision and ensure design alignment across several development teams.
- Organize and facilitate architecture community meetings to define and promote technical standards and proven practices.
- Advise technical leads and engineering teams on architecture choices; record decisions and the trade-offs behind them.
- Review the current system landscape to identify opportunities to boost maintainability, throughput and scalability.
- Assess and consolidate distributed services to lower complexity and simplify deployment, testing, hosting and integrations.
- Define and standardize API and integration approaches to increase platform autonomy and improve interoperability.
