Senior Program Manager – Mobile Private Networks

We stay curious about what can be done better, turn knowledge into solutions that make an impact and never lose sight of the people behind the technology. /ppAs a Project Manager, you lead the successful delivery of telecom infrastructure and connectivity projects, focusing on Private Mobile Networks, LAN/WLAN solutions, and related applications. You coordinate all project phases from initiation to closing, aligning scope, timing, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Working closely with technical experts, clients, and internal teams, you drive structured, efficient, and results-oriented project outcomes. /ppIn this role you focus on: /ppstrongEnd-to-end delivery: /strong from scope definition to final execution, you manage client projects within Private Mobile Networks and LAN/WLAN environments. /ppstrongConnecting the dots: /strong acting as a central coordinator, you bridge the gap between clients, engineering teams, and technical specialists. /ppstrongStakeholder management and communication: /strong through clear communication and proactive follow-up, you maintain project momentum and tackle challenges effectively. /ppstrongProject Management: /strong applying methodologies pragmatically, you balance structure and adaptability within a fast-moving technical setting. /ppstrongContinuous growth: /strong you contribute directly to refining and improving our project delivery methodologies and processes. /ph3What do you bring to the table /h3pAt least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally within telecommunications or connectivity. /ppSolid background in Private Mobile Networks or LAN/WLAN setups, along with a good understanding of complex technical client projects. /ppPractical knowledge of project management frameworks and the ability to apply them in a structured, organized way. /ppSound judgment to make balanced decisions in a fast-evolving technical setting. /ppClear communication skills with the ability to interact smoothly with clients, team members, and technical experts in English, as well as Dutch or French. /ppStrong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of details. /ppExperience leading project teams and working alongside technical specialists across multidisciplinary domains. /ppWillingness to travel approximately 3 to 5 days per month based on project requirements. /ph3What you get from us /h3pAt Citymesh, you'll join an enthusiastic and ambitious team where your input matters and where you have room to keep growing.
