ppAs a bData Engineer /b specialized in bAzure Databricks /b, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining data pipelines, efficient storage structures, and data exchange endpoints for the benefit of business stakeholders. /ppIn concrete terms, you will: /pullipDesign, develop, and maintain bdata pipelines /b using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure Stream/Log Analytics. /p /lilipImplement bdata enrichments and transformations /b with Python in a Databricks environment. /p /lilipCreate efficient bstorage structures /b and powerful bmaterialized views /b across different analytical technologies. /p /lilipDevelop bdata exchange endpoints /b for end users and business teams. /p /lilipInteract with bdata governance tools /b (Glossary, Modeling, Lineage, Data Quality). /p /lilipCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and present reusable, integrated solutions. /p /lilipContribute to bextensive testing /b and reinforce DevOps principles within the team. /p /lilipParticipate in the writing and structuring of technical documentation. /p /lilipContinuously look at data in a btransversal way /b (no silos), across the entire enterprise, to maximize coherence, reuse, and adoption. /p /li /ulh3Must have: /h3ulli3 to 5+ years of hands‑on experience in at least 2 of the following areas: SQL Server, Azure Databricks / Azure Data Factory / Azure Functions / Azure DevOps, Python in Databricks, or emerging technologies (Redis, RabbitMQ, Neo4j, Apache Arrow…) /liliStrong experience with Azure Databricks and the Azure data ecosystem. /liliSolid command of Python and SQL for data engineering purposes. /liliAbility to interact with business analysts and stakeholders in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. /liliProduct-oriented mindset with an iterative and analytical approach to problem‑solving. /liliTeam player who values respect, open‑mindedness, challenge, and innovation. /liliCustomer-oriented with excellent communication skills. /liliFluent in English (must have) AND fluent in French and/or Dutch. /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliExperience with Power BI. /liliExperience with SAP data integration. /liliKnowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices. /li /ul /p
