What You'll Do
Conduct customer onboarding sessions and product orientationDeliver demos and presentations using prepared materialsHelp customers implement the solution over a 5–10 week adoption periodTailor the platform setup to customer needsMonitor customer adoption and engagement ratesShare best practices to ensure successful product usageCollaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience What We're Looking For C1/C2 French (mandatory)English B2 or higherComfortable presenting and speaking on cameraStrong communication and customer engagement skillsTechnically confident with digital tools and platformsAbility to guide customers through structured onboarding processes Salary & Bonus Base
Salary:
