- Investran Platform Specialist /h3h3Your role: /h3ulliLiaise with Fund Administration users and stakeholders to understand requirements and support system solutions. /liliLead and support fund migrations into PCS, including data analysis, mapping, loading, validation and testing. /liliMaintain PCS configurations, static data, legal entities, investors and transactions. /liliDevelop and maintain reports using Excel, Power Query, VBA and SQL. /liliSupport investor reporting, complex fund structures and DDX Investor Portal administration. /liliProvide platform support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors. /liliManage testing, releases and environment promotions. /liliDocument processes and provide user training. /liliSupport fund launches, investor onboarding and other business projects. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve automation, controls, data quality and operational efficiency. /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Investran / Private Capital Suite (PCS). /liliStrong knowledge of the investment fund industry, preferably private equity, real estate or alternative investments. /liliExperience in application support, platform administration and user support. /liliBackground in finance, accounting, fund administration, business analysis or information systems. /liliStrong Excel and data management skills; SQL, VBA, Power Query or Tableau knowledge is a plus. /liliExperience with system configuration, data migration, reporting, testing and reconciliations. /liliStrong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. /liliFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. /liliAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /liliCollaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation. /li /ulp#AIS /ppWithin Arendt, we uphold high standards.
