Build things that matter. /p pAs a full-stack developer, you'll be working closely with the Aikido team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWrite modular, testable, and efficient code using Vue.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Python PHP and other languages. /li liManaging AWS and lambda deployments /li liDesign and implement high-availability applications /li liDiscover, plan, write, document and maintain new features /li liUnderstand the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application /li liUnderstand the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds /li liOptimize the product code for speed where required /li /ul ul liReally comfortable in a very entrepreneurial environment /li liCan think along with architectural and impactful decisions /li liWilling to learn new languages when the product requires it /li liComfortable researching and tackling hard problems and algorithms (eg parsing with ASTs) /li liWilling to experiment (and also willing to perhaps throw away some code) /li liMedior to Senior: ul liWe are going fast and need experienced people that can hit the ground running with us. /li liYou need to be comfortable with the above mentioned languages and tech-stack. /li liNo stranger to implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests /li /ul /li liFluent in English /li liCandidates must be located in or able to work within CEST timezone. /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 ul liShort decision lines.
