Lead Engineer Datacenter

pWe are currently hiring an experienced bLead Engineer Datacenter /b to oversee the day-to-day operation and reliability of complex technical infrastructure within a business-critical environment. /p pIn this position, you will combine btechnical operations, maintenance coordination, supplier management and team leadership /b. You will ensure that essential installations and facility services remain reliable, safe and compliant while continuously improving operational processes and service quality. /p h3Your mission /h3 pYou will be responsible for: /p ul liCoordinate the daily operation and maintenance of critical technical installations. /li liDevelop and manage annual schedules for preventive maintenance, inspections, compliance checks and continuity exercises. /li liCoordinate preventive and corrective interventions together with external technical partners. /li liMonitor the reliability and availability of systems related to belectrical infrastructure, cooling/HVAC, security and safety /b. /li liLead, coach and support a team of technical engineers in their daily activities. /li liOrganize team planning, technical coverage and on-call activities. /li liSupport the onboarding, training and technical development of new team members. /li liCoordinate technical modifications and improvement projects within the facility. /li liManage external suppliers, service agreements, performance levels, purchasing activities and related administration. /li liCoordinate technical activities linked to the installation or removal of customer equipment and infrastructure. /li liMaintain operational procedures and contribute to quality and compliance initiatives. /li liParticipate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement actions. /li /ul pbIndustry: /b Technical Operations / Facilities /p pbExperience: /b 10+ years in technical operations, maintenance or critical infrastructure /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in bElectromechanics, IT, Engineering or a related technical field /b, or equivalent through relevant professional experience. /li liAround b10 to 15 years of experience /b working with complex or critical technical installations. /li liAt least b5 years of experience leading, coordinating or coaching technical teams /b. /li liStrong understanding of belectrical systems, HVAC/cooling, security and safety installations /b. /li liExperience coordinating external maintenance providers and technical suppliers. /li liComfortable working with contracts, service agreements and supplier performance. /li liExperience in quality management, compliance environments and audit processes. /li liStrong operational mindset with the ability to structure processes and identify improvements. /li liHands‑on, service‑oriented and comfortable taking ownership of operational challenges. /li liFluent in bDutch, French and English /b. /li libBA5 certification required /b; VCA-VOL or similar safety certification is considered an advantage. /li liComfortable participating in a periodic standby rotation and occasionally supporting interventions outside standard
