We partner with clients by providing qualified and experienced resources that possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to develop and execute solutions in support of their mission and business goals. /p h3Job Description /h3 pUnder the direction of Service Delivery Manager of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIDAM), the engineer will perform duties such as the following: /p ul liSupports NATO Exercises as required /li liDiagnose and resolve complex issues related to Identity Management, with focus on MIM synchronization engine /li liResponsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and central administration of Active Directory Federation Services and Directory Services and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) /li liWork closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance on Identity and Access Management Directory Synchronization best practices /li liIncident Management – fix issues reported by Customers /li liProblem Management – root cause analysis /li liDevelopment of new MIM Management Agent rules as required /li liProvide solutions for Continuous Service Improvements /li liProvides technical expertise to enable the correct execution of operational procedures /li liContributes to the planning and implementation of maintenance, configuration and installation tasks for the operational Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services environments /li liImplements disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity for all managed Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services environments /li liDevelops maintains Standard Operating Procedures for routine system administration tasks /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liGraduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering institute or professional body. /li liExperience in an information technology (IT) assignment, with focus on Identity and Access Management. /li liMinimum 10 years of experience of working in an Enterprise environment installing and maintaining Directory Synchronization Services /li liMinimum 10 years expertise in implementation and maintenance activities of Active Directory and Federation Services in large enterprise environments consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory Domains and Forests /li liDemonstrated experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), with particular emphasis on the Synchronization Engine in a large multi-forest environment /li liExperience with Global Address List synchronization across different domains /li liExperience in implementing configuration and security settings through AD Group Policies and troubleshooting related incidents. /li liExperience of Implementing DNS configuration and troubleshooting /li liExperience in creating and implementing gMSA accounts and troubleshooting related incidents. /li liProgramming experience in C#, Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript /li liExperience in maintaining Microsoft Active Directory in large multi-forest environments /li liExperience in operating systems such as Windows 2016/2019/2022/2025 /li liExperience with software life-cycle activities /li liExperience in supporting and advising SMEs (Subject matter experts) and Project Managers during all stages of project lifecycle on topics related to Directory and Federation Services and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment, and to work in cross functional teams. /li liFluent in English both spoken and written /li /ul
