- Coordinate and lead an IT team within a medium-sized or large organization.
- Lead an IT delivery team.
- Manage a team of at least 8 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
- Apply ITIL practices within an IT management environment.
- Manage and coordinate IT projects.
Technical skills
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Computer Science.
- Fluent French.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or coordinating an IT team within a medium-sized or large organization.
- Proven experience leading an IT delivery team.
- Proven experience managing at least 8 FTEs.
- Proven experience with ITIL.
- At least 5 years of proven project management experience.
Should have
- Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience in the daily operational management of an ICT organization and in leading team members.
- Proven experience in the utilities sector.
- Proven experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Nice to have
Proven experience with Hexagon Networks technology.
