JOB DESCRIPTION (See link to the full job description in the blue box)
- University degree in law.
- The candidate must meet one of the following requirements: 7 to 10 years of recent and progressively responsible experience in public procurement law, especially in the context of construction agreements such as FIDIC, EPC, and other standard forms used in international projects; or 7 to 10 years of recent and progressively responsible experience working on multinational defense procurement projects or contracts, involving export control, sanctions, and embargoes, or in litigation revolving around defense procurement.
- Experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution in an international context.
- Very good analytical, writing, communication skills and the ability to conduct complex operational, compliance and performance assessments.
- Strict sense of confidentiality and discretion in the treatment of all subjects and activities directly involved in.
- Knowledge of the contractual and legal matters related to expenditures (consulting services, maintenance, agreements, acquisitions, outsourcing).
