Seeking an experienced MES Lead / Architect to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Critical Manufacturing MES solutions across global manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MES solution architecture, design, and implementation.
- Conduct customer workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution reviews.
- Define MES integration, deployment, and multi-site rollout strategies.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring to project teams.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Skill Requirements
- Strong expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES .
- Experience leading MES implementations and digital manufacturing programs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, C#, .NET, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience: 10+ Years
Other Requirements
- Semiconductor, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences experience.
- Critical Manufacturing certification preferred.
