Proactive and close monitoring of key projects/programs and support for project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected results for the client.

Ensuring adherence to project, program, and portfolio governance and processes.

Reporting to decision-making bodies and up to the executive committee.

Facilitating key project controls, lessons learned, escalations, etc.

Process Standardization: Defining and/or challenging processes, tools, and practices of project, program, and portfolio delivery to support and enhance organizational efficiency.

Team Support: Training, support, and coaching for project and program management teams on processes, tools, and practices.

Continuous Improvement: Data analysis to address specific issues and recommend improvements.

"Agile-ization" of operational practices to best meet the evolving needs of the business.

You have a bachelor's degree in IT

You have at least 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a certification in project management being an asset (Prince2, PMI...).

You have a mindset geared towards agility and have previously applied agile methodologies in a professional context.

You thrive on change and embrace new challenges.

You take a proactive approach to analyzing lessons learned.

Your analytical and synthesis skills are recognized by your professional peers as real strengths.

Assertive, you communicate easily with various stakeholders.

Proactive and responsive, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse domains.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Office (PPT & XLS), SAP, Jira, Float... or a willingness to learn them.

Interesting long term assignment.

3 days of homeworking per week possible.
