Dès ton arrivée tu intègres un magasin en tant que Teamplayer fitness Polyvalent .

Ta mission:

Mettre en valeur ton sens du relationnel avec une attitude positive et souriante.

Tu renseignes nos clients sur nos produits, services et innovations.

Tu assures la disponibilité et la mise en rayon des produits avec un stock juste.

Tu travailles main dans la main avec le responsable de rayon qui te manage et tu bénéficies d'un plan de formation pour t'accompagner dans la réussite de l'ensemble de tes missions.

Jobprofiel

Ton profil pratiquant de fitness avec "une hygiène de vie saine" nous intéresses. 

Passionné de sport, tu aimes être sur le terrain, conseiller les utilisateurs de tous niveaux , avec l'envie de partager ta passion et de rendre le sport accessible à tous.

Tu as le sens de la satisfaction "client-sportif" , c'est la priorité Tu es connu pour ton esprit d'équipe , ta motivation, ta capacité d'adaptation, ton travail au détail et tu es axé vers le changement.

Tu as le sens des responsabilités, de l'organisation, et tu sais t'investir à la hauteur de tes ambitions.

Tu sais également travailler de manière autonome et tu vois ce qu'il faut faire autour de toi.

Des horaires de travail flexibles ne te posent aucun problème.

Tu travail selon un horaire variable de 18H/SEM et tu es entièrement disponible les samedis pour tes clients et ton équipe

Une rémunération compétitive complété par des avantages sociaux tels que des chèques-repas, une assurance hospitalisation et également d'une réduction de 30% sur l'ensemble de l'offre Décathlon.

Un contrat de 18H/SEM avec possibilité de prolongation.
