Structuur
Binnendeze job zal je rapporteren aan Annick Delbaen.
Doel
Alsexpert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch en schriftelijk behandelenvan klachten, voor de dienst naverkoop en voor het oplossen van complexeproblemen binnen het gamma van producten en diensten. Dit voor zowel Top business-klantenals “martelaars”-klanten om bij te dragen aan een kwalitatief hoogstaandedienstverlening aan interne en externe klanten en aan een goed imago van bpost.Hiernaast ga je de klanten van A-Z professioneel begeleiden bij het gebruik vande toepassingen die hen ter beschikking staan en de medewerkers van het contactcenter op dezelfde manier begeleiden bij moeilijke klanten-kwesties.
Hoofdtaken
Afhandelen van telefonische en schriftelijke aanvragen, rekening houdend met de strikte regels inzake reglementering, confidentialiteit en fraudegevoeligheid. Beantwoorden op een vriendelijke, volledige, efficiënte, en uiterst professionele en klantvriendelijke wijze, vanbinnenkomende e-mails zowel van externe als interne klanten Voeren van uitgaande telefoongesprekken in het kader van openstaande klantendossiers. Contact op nemen met de verschillende departementen binnen bpost en met de klant teneinde de nodige informatie te verzamelen en om ervoor te zorgen dat de problemen van de klant structureel worden opgelost. Klantenbegeleiding voorzien bij het gebruik van toepassingen die hen ter beschikking staan of die in het contract staan. Registreren en behandelen van klachten en e-mails in het Contact Management systeem:Stipt invoeren en behandelen van klachten conform de interne procedures Creëren van standaard rapporten Het opmaken van terugbetalingsdossiers (verzekerings- en commerciële dossiers), hierbij rekening houdend met de algemene voorwaarden en met de klant opgestelde SLA’s
Bijdragen aan de vooropgestelde kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve objectieven van Customer Service Deelnemen aan projecten: UAT (user acceptance tests) voor de release van verschillende informaticasystemen Projecten ter verbetering van de organisatie en dienstverlening
Verzekeren van de opleiding « on the job » van de Contact Center Agents Back-up in geval van afwezigheid van de Field Coach
Technischeexpertise
Opleidingsniveau: Bachelor Vereiste ervaring voor de functie: Minstens 1 jaar binnen Customer Service. Talenkennis (in functie van de werkplaats): Grondige kennis van het Engels en Frans, zowel geschreven als gesproken. Basiskennis Nederlands Basiskennis Duits Technische kennis vereist om de functie uit te voeren: Grondige kennis van een groot aantal klantenprocessen met gemiddelde of hoge complexiteit Grondige kennis van producten, van de werking en reglementering van bpost Grondige kennis, in verschillende domeinen, van processen en procedures van toepassing bij bpost Grondige kennis van specifieke informaticatoepassingen Grondige kennis van specifieke processen betreffende behandeling van telefoonoproepenRol& Competenties
