Cadence is looking for Field Sales Professionals familiar in the CFD/CAE field in the Industrial Equipment, Marine & Automotive market. Cadence CFD offers unique vertically integrated solutions, to ensure unsurpassed end-to end turnaround time combined with high-fidelity results. The integration with Cadence’s cutting-edge Design Optimization and Machine Learning platform allows clients to push the design envelope.

In this Account Executive role you will be working with Cadence SST CFD and Product Management to engage with new customers in the presentation, decision and implementation of Cadence CFD solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify prospective companies and connect with the right decision makers Conduct discovery sessions and Identify challenges and opportunities where Cadence CFD can help solve Learn and understand of individual prospects, customer goals groups requirements Effective qualification of revenue opportunity within prospective customers, including understanding and addressing customer challenges, budgets and timeframes Work with field technical team to deliver solutions specific to each prospect and customer Build client relationships and become “trusted advisor” Demonstrate value of Cadence CFD solution, negotiate and close business

Skills and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related 5+ years of Technical Sales experience in the EMEA Industrial Equipment, Marine and/or Automotive industry (OEMs and TIER suppliers) Previous experience building customer relationships with successful track record of achieving personal and regional revenue targets YoY. Ability to leverage skills and knowledge of people around you Demonstrated ability to solution selling Understand and strategize based on the competitive landscape Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation Languages: English, French and or German are an advantage
